Domestic students
Australian or New Zealand citizens, Australian permanent residents and holders of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa are regarded as domestic students. This includes students with dual citizenship/residency.
Many undergraduate courses offered by the Creative Industries Faculty are specialised programs which develop your creative and technical skills. Because of the specialist nature of these courses, you are required to demonstrate your abilities and potential to succeed in the course through meeting Additional Entry Requirements.
The process for submitting Additional Entry Requirements is further to the normal application process for undergraduate courses, through QTAC. Note that some of the Additional Entry Requirements need to be submitted prior to the deadline for application through QTAC. The Additional Entry Application process requires you to:
- Complete an online application
- Post or deliver the required documentation to the QUT Creative Industries Faculty by the due date
- Attend an audition or interview (for some courses).
