Australasian CRC For Interaction Design
The Australasian CRC for Interaction Design Pty Ltd (ACID) is an Australian Government
funded Cooperative Research Centre.
With a team of more than 80 academic, postgraduate and
industry researchers, ACID forms a bridge between ideas and industry.
Situated within
QUT’s Creative Industries Precinct, the team at ACID is working to create a national
presence with substantial nodes of activity across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales,
and Western Australia as well as internationally through new industry and
university partnerships.
ACID works in the areas of game development, digital art, performing and visual arts,
design, film, television and multimedia.
